The Global Data Centre Group ("the Group") is a stapled managed investment scheme that was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and previously invested in data centre assets. Following a unitholder vote in July 2023, the strategy of the Fund changed, the Group realised all its active investments and it delisted from the ASX. Evolution Trustees Limited as responsible entity of the Group is responsible for the ongoing management of the residual matters of Group prior to final distributions and termination of the schemes.
